We map the people, cases, records and handovers in scope, then turn them into prioritised requirements. This includes usability, access, migration, integration, reporting and lifecycle responsibilities.
Evaluate through realistic scenarios
A polished demonstration is only one source of evidence. We can structure supplier demonstrations around representative tasks, document the evidence and identify questions that need clarification before a decision.
Make delivery part of selection
Implementation assumptions matter: who supplies the data, who owns each integration, how staff will be trained and what acceptance looks like. Bringing these questions forward helps make proposals easier to compare.
Independent senior involvement
I work directly with the client team and, where appropriate, its procurement and legal specialists. The engagement can cover requirements, evaluation support or a defined stage of the selection process. Legal decisions remain with the responsible authority.
